Courage, Ahmad

This week we were shocked by the arrest of Ahmad, the director of a Palestinian NGO that is providing health services to more than 60 cities and villages. Just a couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure to stay in his house in Jerusalem, where he was arrested now in front of his children. Of course there was no arrest warrant and no charges were filed so far. I remember his children were still traumatized by his arrest some years ago when he remained in jail for several months for no reason. Well, that's life in your own capital when you're a Palestinian.
